"We arrived at Jakob after visiting the castles and was greeted by Magnus whose family owns this inn. It is quaint and well kept and it shows. The room was a nice size and comfortable. It was simple and clean and we enjoyed our stay. There is no elevator so you must be able to climb stairs to the rooms. Magnus was kind and carried my suitcase to our room. "I'm not sure if this is a knock on the hotel or hotels.com. Yes, it has a pool and Jacuzzi... The pool is not all season and the jacuzzi was empty. The sauna and damp room close at 7 pm and then do not open until the next afternoon which is not useful to those staying 1 night. The breakfast was amazing."

"Restaurant was excellent for dinner and drinks. Breakfast was great. Park at P5 public lot a short walk away and pay only maximum 12€ if you leave your car over a number of days. Free bus pass to castles - a nice extra. "
