The resort was well maintained. We stayed in the cabin that sleeps 6, it was clean. The bedding is a bit heavy for the hot temperatures, lighter blankets would be more comfortable. The pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable but the single mattresses on the bunk beds were good.

Not enough measures taken during COVID
I travelled with my daughter. The csbins were perfect to combine activities on-site and at the museam. This summer (2020), I didn't feel that the necessary efforts were in-place to ensure the safety of all during COVID; too many people sllowed at the pool no signage to direct people on kne side of the road or the other, no reminders to delinquants, too many kuds on the play structures at the same time and the place was fully booked.

Hi Melanie Im so glad you enjoyed your cabin. We are very fortunate to have opened our doors and even more fortunate to have been able to open our pool. I took guidance from our local Health Inspector and AHS as to what was required of us to get to the point of opening. We have many signs around the park asking people to social distance and wash their hands but beyond the guidance we give them we are relying on people to do their part. We have 9 signs just at the store area alone. Because we don't sanitize the playgrounds we have posted signs to that effect as well as the AHS Social Distancing and Hand Washing signs. We really enjoyed the cabins. They were very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The front desk supervisor, Jill could fine tune her customer service skills but aside from that, it was a fantastic stay!

There was a sign in the cabin indicating that they have mice and there was a hole in the wall...quite certain it was a mouse that I heard and found mouse droppings beside the garbage can. In addition, the preauthorization of $200 got charged to my account and when I brought this to their attention was given the run around by the staff to correct the error...still waiting to have it addressed.

Nice place but not what was advertised
He and for the trailer we rented was false, we booked a 3 bedroom trainer with full kitchen and bathroom and got a 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and an uncomfortable pull out couch in the living room. The wifi and tv did not work unless we were outside. The place was clean and the kitchen and bathroom were as advertised.

We stayed in a cabin and it had all the comforts of home. Maybe too many comforts! Lol Didnt really feel like a camping experience, qas more like a trailer than a "cabin" bunk beds were really comfy for the kids. I would suggest guests bring theirnown bedding. Pullot couch had some questionable staining. Cabin needs more hooks for jackets etc.

We didn't stay , we got there at 4pm to check in , and they informed us that there pool was shut down due for a part , that wouldn't be fixed anytime soon ,we were asking for discount but they said no , and only option was no charge to pass , we passed , hopefully we get our money back , they were having problems refunding our money ,??.. just wished they would have called us to let us know what happened with pool.

Hi The motor on the pump broke down. Of course nothing we could predict. It would have been very difficult to call everyone as the list was long and we have a very busy store and park. When we cancel a reservation the money immediately goes back on the persons Credit Card. I am not sure what you meant by having a problem refunding as that is done on the computer in our system. It does however take 5-8 business days to show up on your Credit Card. I apologize that we were unable to call everyone and let them know.At this point we have sourced the parts for the pool pumps in Vancouver and they are expected to arrive today. I hope you will come again and give us another chance. Thanks Jill Manager

The trailer was clean (although you are required to do some of the cleaning yourself before check-out) and it was a good campground if you have kids. I still find it hard to justify the high cost for what you get though.
