Pretty hotel with indoor pool
Pretty hotel with indoor pool (& steam room & sauna & spa) & restaurant/ bar). We travelled with our daughter & the room had her single bed in the entry hallway, so it was a good configuration. Room had a fridge. Kids are allowed in the pool.

Dated Hotel slightly Fawlty Towersesque!
The hotel did not have a children’s menu. They offered my children aged 8 & 10 veal as the only choice! In the end after some strong discussion they managed to provided a steak hache. The singer in the bar was very poor and appeared more like a family get together than something professional. It made us feel that we had stepped back in time to the 70’s. the hotel did feel slightly dated and not a modern hotel at all.

Nice hotel
We stayed at this hotel while visiting aix les bains. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are spacious but have no A/C. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

Clean and spacious family room, nothing fancy but was good for 1 night. Food in the restaurant was lovely and good friendly service.

Very rundown hotel
This hotel looks nice from the outside, but inside the rooms are shabby and rundown. Think old linoleum flooring, worn carpets. Couldn't wait to leave the next day. Also, they don't tell you in advance, but there is no internet access in the rooms. Guests have to sit in the lobby to use the internet, and even then it was extremely slow. The price was low, and you get what you pay for.

Where does one begin: DONT GO
1.Upon arrival and check in we proceeded to our “family room” that was stuffy, stale, and in need of updating. 2.Our reservation was to include Internet after unpacking our things we attempted to logon but no signals. At reception and were told that in fact Internet is only in common areas. After a lengthy conversation with the manager it was decided to move us to a room above the lobby that the signal. The new room was a bit less stale but a view of the front parking lot. 3.Upon attempting to enter the swimming pool we were told that there was an aqua fitness class taking place, we would have to wait until 19:15. We then had to persuade our 3 year old of the hold on near to her bedtime. 4.My husband was told that he had the inappropriate swimwear. Apparently they only permitted skintight suits for men? The worker in the pool then proceeded to tell us that ALL over France this is the case. Well no, we are in Chamonix now with no issues. 5.Only given small hand towels at the pool 6.Our room was booked for 3 but we only got 2 towels in the room. 7.The smaller bedroom smelled terribly like BO. 8.At breakfast, overpriced, we had to cram in a small area of the dinning room with the other patrons because the server was policing the area had the majority of the tables set for dinner and it was only 8:30! •I will note that the tall lady who worked the desk was as nice as she could be but that does not make up for all our issues!

Good Hotel
In general it was OK, the only part that I did not like was the pool and the fact that the fridge was not properly connected in the room. For the pool, there were no "changing rooms" available, so we needed to change directly in the room and then going in towels with shoes (because none of us had sandals) down to the pool. Did not like this experience at ALL. The rest was fine.

A pleasant stay
Staff was very friendly and helpfull - immediately provided a child bed for our youngest. No complaints concerning the room - the Hotel was excellent value - nice pool and good breakfast.

Zu Fuss in die City oder in ein Restaurant benötigt mindestens 30 Minuten. Das Hotel hätte eine Renovation nötig, überall hat es Teppiche, was ich persönlich unhygienisch finde.

Hotel in Aix les Bains welches wir für eine Nacht gebucht haben auf dem Weg in den Süden. Ich kannte die Hotels vorne im Park und dachte dieses werde ähnlich sein. Altes Hotel, kein Comfort, Zimmer mit Bett, Etagenbett für die Kids war wie angeknabbert - halt in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück war alles da aber da aus wie nachdem eine ganze Kolonie da war. Personal hat nichts aufgeräumt. Tische waren nicht sauber. Zimmer hatte ein Balkon was gut war. Grosser Parkplatz! Werde trotzdem nicht mehr buchen. Es hätte mich interessiert wie die anderen Zimmer ausschauen. Meins auf jeden Fall nicht wie auf den Bildern

Pour un hôtel 3 étoiles ne pas avoir la clim c'est quand même assez étonnant Cela a été très désagréable car c'était une journée où il faisait plus de 40 degrés La moquette était dégradée et l'aspect très vieillot des chambres Aspect positif, c'est le centre avec la piscine, le sauna et le hammam.

Hôtel au top. Le personnel très professionnel, à l’écoute, agréable, souriant rien de négatif . Propreté irréprochable, les couchages sont confortables la petite terrasse apporte encore un plus au séjour en plus d’une chambre très spacieuse. Le parking est très appréciable en plus de la piscine le sauna et le hammam si nous devions retourner à Aix les bains nous retournerions à cet hôtel

Nous avons avec mon épouse passé un séjour magnifique qui nous a bien reposer. Matin et après midi thalasso, hammam, sauna et piscine. Très bon menu au restaurant avec un service super sympa.

Sejour decevant, les photos ne refletent pas la realite. Les chambres sont vieilles, elles meritent un bon rafraichissement. Pas de decoration, ca ne ressemble pas a un 3 etoiles. Cote Spa, le hammam ne sent pas bon, la piscine est froide. Si vous venez a Aix les bains, passez votre chemin et choisissez un autre hotel, cela sera benefique pour vous.

Résidence SPA agréable
Séjour agréable, personnel sympathique, chambre spacieuse avec balcon vue sur le mont Revard, frigo très pratique, WC séparé de la salle de bain, 2 armoires mural. Piscine pour se relaxer, pas faite pour des enfants ou ados qui souhaitent chahuter ou sauter dans l'eau. Sauna appréciable, mais pas assez Chau à notre goût, dommage manque des huiles essentielles pour un moment de détente au top. Hammam idem, manque d'huile essentielle pour le côté spa et agréable en odeurs. Spa sur place avec massages et autres soins non testé (en supplément)
