The staff here went above and beyond to accommodate me, I stayed 4 nights and it was quiet and clean and great pricing just minutes away from the highway. All the amenities you need. Restaurants and liquor store in walking distance. Would definitely return when I’m passing through again! Thank you.

Rooms are past due date for a Reno, especially the bathrooms which no one has got into the corners for a very long time. As a woman I would not stay at this property alone, grateful I had a friend with me. Morning coffee like tar. Benefit. Close to airport.

the night clerk was very helpful when I needed location information on a certain business. I am still part of the generation that misses having a phone book available. I also do not have immediate access to the internet with a smartphone

Front lobby very clean. Staff was super friendly. Beds were clean, bathroom and floor areas through were dirty and older windows that were needing repair. No elevator at all but lots of stairs. Hard going up them carrying luggage. Felt unsafe as there was some guts brewing for a fight. Fortunately it didn’t get that far

I would definitely stay here again. It is close to the highway and in the city so there is traffic noise. However, the room is well appointed, nicely updated. Wifi is great. I was a bit apprehensive after reading reviews, however, the room was very nice. Yes it could use a deep clean, but you are not paying for a high end hotel. It is clean and quite acceptable. The staff are excellent. Friendly and efficient. A big win for me for trying the Alpine Inn!

I didn't like the fact that I was charged $70.00 more for my room than I was quoted when I booked the room. I had to go through a long and frustrating process with Expedia and the staff at Alpine to receive a refund. I was also told by Expedia that they would be giving out coupons instead of refunds from now on so be warned!

Our room was disgusting!! I don’t mind old as long as it’s clean. The mirror still had toothpaste from the last ppl. Public hair by the sink, The floor was so greasy. The beds are horrible. Yuck!! I called to see if they could switch us to a room that actually looks like the picture and they said they were full. They were not there was hardly any vehicles for the night. The pictures were not what we got. We got the oldest grossest room in the motel. Was not happy. Over $120 for that. Yuck.

There were no towels in the room and the shower was not cleaned when checking in. No spare toilet paper as there was less then half a roll. And the room stunk of dog dander so bad that we had to go and buy febreeze and spray the entire room, twice. The only good thing was the bed was super comfy. I know it was only a 3 star but they could have at least had towels and a clean shower and maybe spray some febreeze.

Just off highway and a main street, across from a restaurant; liquor store on parking lot. Walk ups to good sized room with comfortable beds. Adequate furniture. Bathroom light and fan combination not always what you want. Microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, iron, hangers.

First room they gave us the bathroom ceiling was leaking, the second room they gave us water was leaking from taps, keep dripping whole night. Terrible place to stay
