"While the overall experience of our stay was excellent and we certainly plan to return in the Spring, there were a few minor cleanliness issues that could use some improvement. The room itself was quite lovely and comfortable, providing a peaceful respite after long days spent exploring the sights. However, upon closer inspection, we noticed some cobwebs in the corners and windowsills that appeared overlooked by the cleaning staff. "The apartments were clean and tidy but basic. I felt the apartments were overpriced being there was no pool or spa. There was also no BBQ areas"

"The cottage was very quaint and cosy. Staff left you alone to enjoy your holiday which was nice. Check in and check out was a tad confusing and needed attention. Gas fire place instead of actual fire place which is deceptive but safer option I guess for the hotel given the lack of human interaction. All round a pleasant stay. "
