"Excellent place to live. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and has access to so many restaurants. They have a parking garage and was easily accessible which made our lives simpler. The hotel staff were amazing and were always ready to help. They all speak English and are truly very understanding. "

"Staff are lovely, they try to communicate in English. Breakfast offered has good selections but no hot food. Shuttle service is very convenient. The room was reasonable size and beds are comfortable. Annoying bit was the films on tv always has narrations (only watched before bed) other than that it’s a very good hotel to stay, near to the airport and transportation was 5 mins away. I’ll definitely recommend. Staff in general are very good. Thank you. "

"Checking in was completed with a smile from the guy behind the desk. Our room was on the 5th floor with a room facing the train station. With the window open it was quite noisy but closed there was very minimal noise. The room was small, but had all you needed for a short stay. It was clean and looked recently refreshed. Not the cheapest hotel we have stayed in but Geneva is on the expensive side of destinations. "

"The front desk went above and beyond. We asked them for some hot water and they brought up a beautiful tea set with pots and cups on a tray. The room was what we hoped for and we loved the metal privacy shade on the window."

"This hotel is a gem! Quiet, comfortable, super clean, had easy access from the metro. The room was wonderful as well as the staff. Our room came with a buffet breakfast which was very good - a varied selection of meats, cheeses, cereals yoghurt, eggs, fruit, breads - delicious! As a guest, you’ll be given a pass for free local public transport as described by the staff. The surrounding area is devoid of tourists, but is in an area with medical facilities nearby.
