Kudaka Island Yoga Vacations

This was such a nice little hidden gem!! Loved it and highly recommend staying here.

Had an amazing stay at this place. We hired a car, so everything was in close proximity when driving, beach, snorkeling, supermarket.

It is the best accommodation except that there are no convenience stores or restaurants nearby.

My family of 7 had an excellent stay at the Pools Villas on Yagaji Island in Okinawa. Automated check-in was simple, as was checkout. The private pool was clean and the highlight of the trip for my younger kids. Sleeping in the tatami room on futons was a good experience for my older kids. The air conditioning worked well and kept us comfortable in the humid heat. Bathrooms were large and luxurious and the washer/dryer worked well. It was clean and well kept. But be aware this is a tropical place, so there are large spiders and lizards etc. My children enjoyed having a couple of house geckos in the unit to keep them company. And in the pool deck area, I was a bit surprised by what I thought was a very large spider walking around in the evening, but on closer inspection it was just a local Okinawan coconut/hermit crab that had made its home in the yard beside the pool. It's all part of the local experience! If you want to watch your streaming services from home, better to bring your laptop and connect with HDMI to the TV or streaming stick. That's how we watched the FIFA World Cup games. Internet is OK but sometimes slow. We patronized the two restaurants around the corner for breakfast and dinner on a few occasions. Great beaches are nearby - Kouri island is close by. We enjoyed the quietness of Yagaji island. For the first time in my life I could actually see the milky way stretching above in the sky. There is little light pollution so enjoy the stargazing.

Extremely clean and a wonderful second stay

New property (4 yr), very clean, on a nice beach. Corals and Little Rock's so you need water shoes (they provide flip flops for free to all guests and a nice beach bag per person). Affordable water activities ( by American standards), decent restaurants. It's not your typical western 5 start resort (no room service and no coffee place), but once you get used to it it's nice and very relaxing. Very well mentioned property, extremely helpful staff. Very little English spoken but we managed to get by every day:) everyone super helpful. It's not a swimming beach, as the water is very shallow, if you're looking for that try Takashiko island or others. This is to relax, great for families with little children (lazy rover, many pools for kiddos). We stayed 9 days and they took good care of us. Would hope to come back one day. Note - it's not walking distance to things, you need uber or taxi (was around 25$ to town). Water colors were exquisite and stunning sunsets. Loved the laundry facilities all over the hotel, super useful. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation. Breakfast was delicious with western and Asian dishes.

Excellent location, cheerful and helpful staff. Will definitely go back.
