Brighton and Hove Yoga Vacations

This hotel is a little gem situated only minutes outside of the city center. We really enjoyed the breakfast upgrade which was delicious. Sadly, the “garden” didnt live up to the photos, however, I do realize that it suffered in the recent heatwave - and, well, you can’t do much about the weather. The only recommendation I can think of is that the hotel should really consider upgrading their towels. These were the grittiest, most scratchy and rough towels I’ve ever had the displeasure of using - the word “sandpaper” comes to mind. A hotel of this caliber should invest in high quality luxurious towels for its guests.

What truly sets Raffles London at The OWO apart is the staff. The hotel itself is magnificent, but the people made our stay exceptional. The concierge team is simply incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfectly coordinated throughout our stay. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine desire to help made a tremendous difference. Spy Bar was another highlight—an incredible atmosphere, beautifully executed, and a very special experience. Raffles at The OWO combines a spectacular property with something much harder to achieve: outstanding, genuinely personal service. That is what we will remember most and why we would absolutely return.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived at 3:30 though the booking said ready by 3. It didn't take too long but was a bit annoying. The room itself was lovely though it was a bit strange to not have a bin and I would have liked more coffee etc. We got a wake up call at 5am which we didn't ask for. When we checked out I brought this up and we were told it was a mistake and the person apologised but I would have preferred if they apologised without me prompting and maybe offered us some kind of compensation. I have issues sleeping so it was really quite disruptive. I did wonder if it was because we were clearly not well off and the place is quite posh. I don't have an issue with someone making a mistake but seems weird not to apologise.
