Lost Luggage - called multpile times - told its on the way to my room be there any minute - 15 mins later went down to the belldesk and it was in the storage room that was 110 degrees cooking my medicine

My wife and I have been to the valentin before while this visit was not a bad visit, it was just okay. There seem to not be enough staff for the volume of people at the resort. Those staff members for the most part hustled to meet everyone’s requests. There were a few staff members that couldn’t be bothered to meet the requests of the travelers which was disappointing. It seemed that every night two restaurants were closed which did not leave a good variety to choose from and long wait times at the restaurants because of the volume and what appeared to be not enough staff help.
