Great staff throughout the hotel

The hotel was beautiful, however there were a few details that were overlooked and some water issues. The whole week we were there we did not have hot water in the shower and were told it was because of the high occupancy. There were also some basics in the room that were missing such as wineglasses, corkscrew and when we asked we were told there would be a delivery charge to get them. The bathrooms at the beach/pool that are shared with the Reef were out of order because they had low water. Garnishes on drinks were missing some days because they “ran out” and it often felt overcrowded with cruise ship guests. The staff however were very friendly and helpful.

The staff are super friendly, the food was fantastic.. we will definitely be returning to this resort.

Rooms & property were clean & beautifully decorated, staff were friendly & professional, food was very good, need work on Greek menu.Pool was beautiful, drinks were great!

I would give it 5 stars for cleanliness but my room smelled like sewage and the first person I told about it said they would change our room after 3 PM when I went to follow up nothing was noted. Fortunately the 2nd person was very responsive and immediately went to work on securing another room.

Everything was excellent

I went in knowing I was probably getting a mid range hotel given the price. Pro’s: the shuttles to get around were nice, loved the multiple pools, enjoyed the speciality cocktails, and nightly entertainment. Cons: you had to take a shuttle to get to the beach, chairs had to be reserved early and there was little shade, you could only go to a few restaurants which was a huge disappointment, the Buffett at our location was AWFUL, the air conditioner wasn’t working in my room and I called them everyday to fix it, no room service, few eatery options, the ocean was really rough and not calm at all, the staff were hit or miss. Again I knew this wasn’t going to be a 5 star hotel but I do not think I would go back or recommend this spot.
