Impeccable Service and Comfort at Origen 438 I stayed at Origen 438 Luxury Hotel from July 16–29, and the experience was simply excellent in every way. The front desk team gave me a warm welcome that instantly made me feel at home, and throughout my stay, every member of the staff—from housekeeping to restaurant service—was incredibly thoughtful and professional. My room was spacious, beautifully kept, and featured a remarkably comfortable bed that provided restful nights after long days. The attention to cleanliness was consistent, and I really appreciated the care the cleaning staff showed. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a delight—the setting was just as described, and the staff there were attentive and kind. Everything about this hotel reflects true luxury and exceptional hospitality. Highly recommend!

Pool side drink service was awesome after a solid workout at their gym. Highly recommend including breakfast with your room rate if your schedule allows, it is quite the spread no matter what you’re in the mood for. Also recommend stopping by the rooftop bar for a fabulous sunset view prior to dinner at any of the great Guadalajara restaurants.

Beautiful cabin like rooms with killer views. Lots of activities to enjoy and loved that the meals were included. Overall a quite serene place to rest and relax.

The hotel is located right in the historic centre of Guadalajara, meaning it’s really convenient for the old town. Upon arrival at reception, we are a gay couple and there was a look of surprise on the receptionists face when I confirmed we wanted one bed for two people. The room was good itself; but the bathroom could do with some modernisation work. We were only given one soap for 5 days and it was gone by fay 4 and not replaced. The gym could also do with renovating. Two of the three treadmills jolted during use meaning they were quite dangerous, especially at speed, so I went running around town instead to avoid injury on the machines due to their poor upkeep.
