I think the hotel location is wonderful, affordable and well maintained. I do believe that the customer service with some of the front desk is not welcoming. Especially the person that checked me in. I compared her to the others and there was a stark contrast. Her presence also changed the way the others behaved too (I had a 5 day stay). It seems she may be in a supervisory role. Great hotel, I would return. please provide customer service training to front desk staff. All other employees were wonderful.

No dresser or anywhere to unpack clothes.
Our sink made a gurgling noise that was disturbing. They said they couldn’t fix it while we were there but gave us a white noise machine to cover up the noise.
