The room was nice, but the pillows were very uncomfortable and the staff were not very welcoming. They didn’t acknowledge our special occasion, and we had to ask for drink vouchers that were supposed to be included. This is not a 5-star hotel. The room also needs maintenance, as the bathroom cabinet door was broken.

Loved the room, the staff and the location. So easy to jump on buses and ferry. No need to use the car. Our Loft Room was so quiet. We expected noise from the hotel and restaurants downstairs. The only disappointment was the breakfast. A little sparse on choices.

The room was excellent clean tidy well-maintained. The staff were super helpful. The only thing that let the place down was the quality of the breakfast. It was buffet style the quality was average at best and everything was almost cold
Would definitely stay again, but skip the breakfast
