Would absolutely stay here again. The staff took extra care with keeping the property clean, literally nothing was dirty. The staff were Ann very polite and super attentive. They all spoke a level of English (which was good for us seeing as we don’t speak Portuguese). The room was incredible, we splashed out a bit and got a junior suite with an ocean view and it was INCREDIBLE. The amenities were great - we tried to make use of all that we could considering our short stay. Definitely book again.

If you are looking for a place with high quality food that is not the right place. Food quality is very poor.

The resort is amazing, super clean. The buffets are excellent, tons of selections, staffs are very friendly.
The room was spacious and perfect.

Very nice new property. Very well located and staff kind and helpful. An excellent choice for a few days in Madeira, exploring. Walking distance from city center of Funchal and nice views. Would highlight the pool at the rooftop, a nice plus after a day visiting Funchal. Would reccomend and stay again.
