property management lied. i booked and paid for 2 bedroom. i received an email from my host everything is ready.unit.,host gave me a.got to the c1 bedrrom and said that was the only available unit. if not happy to check outand the whole area whad no vacancy because of the holidays. host never called me kept calling no answer and never contacted me until afternoon of the next day. i got duped ,shower was broken,refrigerator was brokwn, bathrrom ceiling was water dripping.very disapointed.

This hotel was booked in part because it had a pool. Less than a week prior to our August arrival, we were informed that the pool was closed. By then it was too late to cancel and find a commensurate hotel in the area. Upon looking into the pool closure, it was evident that the pool closure began in June - well before our arrival. It appears to have been a planned renovation and reconstruction work. Secondly, we specifically requested a quiet room. The room was a business class room and there was noise that was heard through the walls and from the halls late at night.
