Cayo Bolivar Romantic Vacations

Las habitaciones del hotel necesitan unas reformas y mantenimiento, a parte de una limpieza profunda. Baldas, esquineras, elementos que cuelgan, están rotos, sucios u oxidados. Mi reserva indicaba vistas al jardín y nos intentaron asignar una habitación que daba a una escalera. Comenté con la encargada de recepción, fue amable y me cambió, aunque luego se les olvidaron las toallas y tuvimos que pedirlas dos veces. Y finalmente bajar a por ellas a la piscina, ya que nunca llegaron. También se olvidaron que estábamos comiendo y esperamos 1 hora a ser servidos. El desayuno y lapiscina eran bastante correctos.

The so-called “resort style” ambiance was disappointing, primarily due to inadequate facilities. There was no air conditioning in the dining area, and even if there were, the temperatures were excessively high, making it uncomfortable to eat. This raised concerns about the safety of the food served under such conditions. Additionally, we faced a significant issue with the hot water—there was none throughout our entire stay, which was quite inconvenient. The cleanliness of both the bathrooms and the bedroom left much to be desired, which further detracted from our experience. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. My stay was plagued by these issues, overshadowing any positive aspects.
