Las indicaciones para llegar fueron pésimas, y el lugar se encontraba con una obra de un edificio a 10 mts que no aclaran cuando lo ofrecen. Expedia nunca nos contestó los reclamos ni nos ayudó a buscar otro alojamiento. Eran las 23hs en un lugar que no conociamos, y tuvimos que buscarlo nosotros. »

« The stay at Julio's house was very pleasant. The house was clean and very high-class, the beds and rooms were also very spacious. The kitchen had everything that was needed for cooking. The host gave local suggestions, provided every information/phone numbers a tourist would want or need about the island and everything there is to do here. "On decouvre en arrivant à l'hôtel que notre chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'exterieur. La fenêtre donnait sur l'ascenseur... Ceci n'était pas indiqué sur l'annonce au moment de notre réservation. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre mais l'hôtel nous a indiqué qu'il fallait un supplément pour ces chambres là. L'hôtel ne nous à fait aucun geste commercial. Nous souhaitions changer d'établissement, mais hotel.com nous a refusé le remboursement... Par ailleurs, la chambre qui est à peine plus grande que le lit, sentait le moisi, le ménage était mal fait et la paroie de douche fuyait laissant une marre d'eau dans la salle de bain après chaque douche. La seule chose qu'a fait l'hôtel, c'est nous fournir une serviette en plus pour éponger le sol. Le prix de la chambre est vraiment disproportionné par rapport à la qualité fournie. Nous ne reviendrons jamais dans cet hotel et ne passerons plus jamais par Hotel.com pour une reservation. Leur service client sont des menteurs, ils nous affirment que la mention "pas de fenêtre" est bien visible sur l'annonce alors que nous avons des captures d'écran qui prouvent le contraire."
