Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing due to several issues. Communication with the host was poor, and during check-in, the host had taken the key with her, causing me to wait. When she returned the key, she simply left it in the mailbox without any consideration or apology for the inconvenience.
The blanket and pillowcases were dirty and had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. I also booked a deluxe room, but the room looked more like a standard room and did not match my expectations based on the booking.
Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and the inconvenience during check-in. I hope these concerns are addressed for future guests.
