This resort is top notch!! My daughter and I enjoyed every minute of our stay, and would recommend this resort to all! The staff was so caring and provided excellent service! Our room was very clean, and the food was wonderful!!

We booked two nights before the cruise and, hoping for a five star experience, selected an ocean view room. However, the room was a big disappointment. It was on the second floor overlooking the roof and pipes with the ocean visible only from the furthest side of the window. We thought it was an honest mistake and tried talking to the front desk but they said it is an ocean view, not ocean front, so that’s what we get. Outside of the disappointment with our room, the staff at this hotel are very nice and friendly. The food was expensive and hit and miss. At the Mexican restaurant, we waited for over an hour to get our food. The hotel itself has great facilities and very nice hot tubs and swimming places but we had to pay extra fees at check in for facility usage that apparently was not included when we booked the room through Expedia. Experience versus value, I do not believe we got our money’s worth.
