All good and reception were very helpful.

We found Nalu Retreat to be a true gem! The Dome was just like it appears in the photos. Everything was clean, clean, clean and tastefully done. As a former boutique hotel manager & chef I was impressed with the attention to detail. Comfortable leather sofa, extra throws, nature sounds, plenty of plugs, kitchen supplies, Robes, Turkish towels, goodies in the kitchenette, too many to mention. We were enthralled with the setting and enjoyed our time in the hot tub and the privacy surrounding us. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the fire pit but appreciated it being there of hope to get a chance next visit. We would love to go back and stay longer. The staff is responsive and friendly. Three things that might make for an even better stay. (1). The retreat sends you a video that you must watch to receive the WIFI instructions. I did not see that email until we were on Myra Road approaching the driveway and just then we lost cell service. (2.) You may lose cell service approaching the retreat. That made for a stressful hour or so…driving back in the opposite direction to find wifi/cell service to continue watching the video…then retrace our drive to find the dome. Maybe it could be sent to guests earlier? (3). The bed itself was not so great, a high end mattress would make a longer stay much more enjoyable and would fit well with all the other top notch amenities this lovely place has to offer. Book it! You will love it!

Beautiful property and wonderfully thought out and cared for! We enjoyed our night the only issue is we only stayed one night!!

Room clean. Nice bathroom with separate toilet area. Tiny fridge. Pillows were massive and too firm. We had to request thinner, softer pillows. However, the parking options would stop me from ever staying here again. It’s either valet parking at $45 a day plus a requirement to give 15 to 20 minutes notice when you need your car, or the second option is simply hourly parking at five dollars an hour with no maximum. That means you’d be paying $120 a day if you want to self park the car breakfast was OK but there is no buffet and the service was quite slow. I had to wait a very long time even to have my coffee cup refilled. There are also no options for cereal or oatmeal. Even a simple request for skim milk, or failing that 2% milk, could not be fulfilled.
