Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort. (1,001 reviews) My stay was absolutely extraordinary. The hotel is beautiful, with a strong wellness atmosphere that makes you feel calm and grounded from the moment you step into the lobby. There’s an immediate sense of tranquility that truly sets the tone for the entire experience. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout my stay. One detail I especially loved is their open dining concept — you can order from one central place and have your food brought to wherever you’re seated, whether that’s the bar, the garden, or the restaurant. It makes everything feel very relaxed and convenient. Even if you’re simply enjoying a glass of wine, there are so many comfortable spots to sit and unwind. I didn’t have the opportunity to visit the spa this time, but I was given a room on the 10th floor and was very happy with my stay overall. The restaurant Madeo is located on the property (though it’s not owned by the hotel). It’s originally from Italy, and I 100% recommend it. A truly lovely experience — I would definitely return. A couple cons/nitpicks that I experienced: The mattress cover was just draped over the bed rather than zipped up properly, so it came undone over my first night. Walls are a bit thin. No in unit mini fridge or microwave sucks. The big rain showerhead is nice, but started perpetually dripping cold water once I switched to the standard shower head. There was a bunch of dust/lint on one of the little baby bathroom soap/lotion amenity bottles, you'd expect those to be new, or at least for them to get rid of the dirty one. Don't use the minibar items. There's a 7-11 and a Walgreens across the street. If you're feeling lazy use one of the shops around the resort. The resort itself was nice. Pool was closed and drained when I went. Coffee shop is cute and far removed from the casino life. The juice bar on the second floor of Ruby was great. The location is fantastic, I walked \~25 minutes to the strip each day, just a straight and easy walk. Looks like their once was a check in area for this specific tower but it has been closed. Rooms were very old and in dire need of updates. Came back to room one day after being gone for 8 hours to zero water. Couldn't even use toilets. Tried to contact front desk by calling, was on hold for a long time so tried the "Rita rio" text help and it was a failure. Had to walk the long walk to desk, wait in a long line, only to be told that they had to do repairs and shut water down, and that it would be on in a little bit. No apology. They should have sent a message to all guests as a courtesy. Even check out was a failure. Tried to do the tv check out only for that to not work. No coffee in room, and to get a morning cup, onve again had to walk very far. Only nice thing about this hotel was that it was quiet and had free parking. Will not stay here again.
