The employee lied to my face about no bathroom on the reception floor and said it’s only in our room during check in. Another employee told me I have to pay extra for my two children even though I booked and paid online for all of us. When I asked the fee, she said it is about $850. I only know because I converted the YEN to USD and realized they were trying to rip me off. So I ended up canceling my booking and just did a booking for one night because in the morning I had to be at this hotel just to receive my luggages through delivery. I hate greedy people and hate being lied to.

Rooms, staff, location, and breakfast were all amazing. Beautiful hotel with great in-house restaurants and subway access. Pool is available for an additional charge and has some strict rules, but still nice to have as an option in the Summer.
