Pool at Captiva was not heated so made for a cold swim. Couch in our room was very uncomfortable and tv connection was not great.

The room was very nice, but they shut the pool for an entire day to host a Hilton exec party. They didn’t offer anything for the major inconvenience. And didn’t notice guests in advance (a note in our door on the same morning) Half the restaurants weren’t open and the food we tried was good but not great. Not sure it was worth the price.

Great resort, and property. Good food, tiki bar, and activities for the kids at the pool. Bikes to rent were fun, and tennis/pickelball was fun to have right on the property. I've stayed here 3 times, and will be back again some day.

We booked a partial ocean view for our family of four, and had an amazing 4-night stay. The staff were all extremely welcoming, helpful, and kind to all requests. They helped answer all questions across the resort’s offerings, and made our stay all the better. I highly recommend this property for people looking forward to 5-star service upon arrival.
