Would prefer better amenities in room. No wrapped paper cups or coffee mugs. A quality hotel would use restaurant quality beverage ware.

The website stated that there was no fee for late checkout, but when I requested a late check out, they said it will be $25 an hour and I think they should have honored what was stated on the website if they had not changed it whatever happened to The customer is always right. My family was only staying there because a tree fell on our house and we had nowhere to go so I wanted a late checkout so I could figure out where we were going. Next they could use some upgrades other than that it was in a great location.
