Clean and good products

Very good hotel with comfortable rooms, decent pools and great food choices on the AI package. There's room for improvement with the animation and entertainment options a bit weak both day and night, as well as clearing tables quicker particularly in the outside area where the pigeons are annoying. Location on the hill may not suit some, but it's only a short taxi ride to/from the town below. We would definitely return as it's a very well run hotel!

Room was spotless and the staff, location and view were amazing

My wife and I were there for a week and had a lovely stay. Our room 1325 was very clean with a balcony view over the pool. Half board the food was excellent and varied and a good wine selection to go with it. A great hotel for families and couples alike. Amazing hotel. Great staff. We’ve stayed here 3 times before and it is always excellent. I’m looking forward to going back again soon. Close to the beach, steps away. Very accommodating staff and friendly. Love this place. Very clean and maintained. Lush gardens. Wonderful pool areas

Staff are great, facilities wonderful and the whole experience is always great.

Nice hotel but quite noisy and a little tired-looking in places

The deluxe junior suite we stayed in wasn’t very well designed. The dividing wall which include the TV made the room feel quite cramped. We were allocated a room which had no sunshine at all on our terrace. Service overall seemed a bit indifferent. The staff struggled to cope at breakfast with delivery of coffee taking ages. The rooftop pool is an oasis - quiet and sunnier than the main pool with plenty of beds. The main pool is busy and largely in shade by mid afternoon in winter! It was colder than we were expecting so do take warm clothes for those chilly evenings in January!

Clean and good products

Spent 5 nights here. Property needs tlc. Lots of broken floor tiles around and bottom of bathroom door rotting. Food always lukewarm. Thank goodness for the microwave. Nice plush reception and all the staff are excellent. Bed really comfortable. Property maintenance manager needs to walk around and see the problems mentioned and the restaurant manager needs to temperature probe the food. Soup I had to microwave for about a minute and the main meals around one and a half minutes.
