Filicudi Mountain Vacations

The hotel has a beaitiful view of Mt Etna. Whilst we were there it was erupting and we could see the ash clods in the day and the lava flows at night, The parking is off road oposite the entrance. Breakfast was lovely. Staff are all super helpful. The air condition in the room sounded like an aircaft taking off so we didn't get much sleep. The room was billed as a suite but it wasn't what we woul dcall a suite in the UK. It was a large hotel room with a double bed and a sofa bed

Incredible place and location. Favorite time and place in Sicily.

This beautiful hotel is a gem on the Mediterranean Sea. The staff is incredibly kind, polite, helpful and charming. The food is excellent. The dinner at Blum is one of the finest meals I have ever had. The room and view was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the magical Taormina.

Special thanks to the staff member who stayed in touch via WhatsApp answering immediately to all questions and helping with every little issue we had! The room is specious and clean with all the necessary amenities. Also, the hotel is located very close to Pozzallo train station, so you don't need to look for taxi to continue your trip around Sicily

A éviter !! J’ai réservé cet hôtel avec réception ouverte de 7h à 23 h A mon arrivée à 16 h l’hôtel était complètement barré avec grillage. Impossible de pouvoir faire mon Check in Aucun réseau cellulaire Malgré toutes mes tentatives je n’ai pas réussi à avoir accès à une chambre J’ai dû me trouver une chambre dans le village voisin Le lendemain quand j’ai eu du réseau j’ai communiquer avec l’hôtel et bien qu’ils ont reconnu que ls réception était fermée ils ont refusé de me rembourser la chambre que je n’ai pas pu utiliser A mon retour de voyage j’ai communiqué avec Expedia et même eux ont obtenu un refus de remboursement de la part de l’hôtel même si je n’ai pas pu utiliser la chambre Du vol tout simplement!
