Bahia is a very nice hotel with so many things going on—you can never be bored! There are great concerts in the lobby, on the beach, and by the pool. Every night feels like a party. The entertainment team is wonderful—very friendly and always full of energy. They organize many activities like yoga, pool aerobics, biking in the pool, dance lessons, and lots of games. They speak very good English and always have nice conversations with guests. They are very intelligent and professional people. Special thanks to Edgar , Luis, Wilson and his brother ( I forgot his name ) and Rocky , Rolando and Gabriel and also all other stuff. They all work very hard to make every day fun and enjoyable for the guests. Also, Yamar, the man who prepares pineapple and coconut fruit by the pool, is very friendly. And Juan from the Italian restaurant provided excellent and very professional service. I also had a massage at the spa and it was wonderful. The ladies were very professional and made the experience very relaxing. Thank you all for making our stay so special!

Room wasn’t very clean and it was outdated. Food at the buffets was okay. The beach was beautiful, but had a lot of seaweed. There was staff out trying to clean it up, but it just must be that time of year for it. The ocean was amazing, the nightly shows were not great, karaoke was fun and the house band was really good. I found that a lot of the staff didn’t speak much English which made things more difficult.

The hotel was overall beautiful and we had a nice view from our room. But what was advertised as a "junior suite" was just a normal hotel room with an ocean view and balcony. No other amenity in the room. Overall the wait staff was nice and accommodating. But the staff when you first check-in, most of them had no idea what they were doing and were not the friendliest. Asking for a simple receipt when I checked out, I was told I could not get one because I had "already checked out" and next time to ask for a receipt before I check out. I don't think there could have been a more ridiculous answer. Finally, while the drinks were good, can you actually put alcohol in them? People come to get a little tipsy and for a good time, not to drink the equivalent of water while having spent thousands of dollars.

The whole place was immaculately cleaned and well kept, even the entire beach was raked clean every morning as I did my sunrise walk. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, so many got to know your name and went so much to make the vacation fabulous. Our first all-inclusive and the food was pretty good.

The property is very nice the room is very clean but my only issue is that eleveators were too small for a place of that side. Also daily room cleaning was too late in the afternoon. My view had a ocean view but the balcony was too small to sit and relax comfortably
