Fully remodeled in 2022, The Breezeway has touches of mid-century modern elements with new finishes and flooring throughout. The home is centrally located within Yucca Valley, making it close to Joshua Tree National Park (15 min), Pioneertown (10 min), and Palm Springs (25 min).

You are also minutes away from local grocery stores, fast-casual dining, outdoor supply stores, and upscale high-desert shopping.

While there is plenty to do in Joshua Tree, it's hard not to just kick off your shoes and relax in all areas of the house. We've made it so there is ample sleep quarters because with up to 7 guests, not everyone has the same sleep style. All three bedrooms are setup with room darkening shades to help ensure a good night's rest.

The mornings are a wonderful experience because of the nearby wash that draws lots of wild life within plain view. Our frequent visitors have been a quail family and a pair of road runners doing their early morning hunting. The roadrunners tend to be very curious about humans and will sometimes wait outside the patio door. Meep meep please don't let them in.

The arcade room and the backyard are a great place to let loose a bit if you want to stretch your legs out. The sunset can be seen just beyond the mountains facing the front of the house. As the stars come out, feel free to take out the telescope and stargaze.

The full kitchen will give you the feels of home where you can prep meals big and small. All brand new appliances waiting to be used. The LG convection oven is a plus for anyone baking bread. Many drawers and cabinets are conveniently labeled to quickly help you find your way around the kitchen.
