It was very close and convenient to Winter Park Resort (with a van Lift pickup across the street) and the downtown. Everything was excellent. The only thing I would say is if you had more than 14 people it would be tough (maybe 16 if you had individuals on the twin bunks). The pull out bed was unsleepable - it was all springs, the bed was tilted at an angle and given the choice between sleeping on that our the ground ... everyone agreed we would pick the ground. We had a large group of all different ages and this home was perfect for our needs. The extra bonus of having a common area bunk room downstairs was especially nice.
