Très bien situé, vaste choix de restaurants à l’intérieur même de l’établissement. Casino et bar a même l’établissement. Lit confortable, salle de bain au goût du jour, service à la clientèle excellent.

Tapis de la chambre sale, les oreillers étaient loin d'être des neuves. Le materiel intérieur étaient en boules. Signe qu'elles sont laver souvent, mais deviennent inutilisable à la longue !

N'égalait pas les commentaires sur internet.
La chambre était sombre et l'odeur de la chambre était désagréable. Nous avions tous des symptômes d'allergies le lendemain. C'était par contre propre. Je n'y retournerais pas a moins que ce soit rénové.

The room was quite humid and damp. (Could be that it's because our room was by the pool?) But that made the comfort level of the room quite poor. The bed (King size and sofa bed) were way too soft and offered no support. Our whole family had a terrible sleep. Also check in time is at 4pm. We arrived after 4 and were still asked to wait as the room wasn't ready yet. It was only a 5 minute wait but at that point it was quarter to 5. We also had breakfast at Aaltos. We were too early for the buffet but that was totally ok for us to order off menu. We weren't told about the 8.99 breakfast special though and ended up paying way more then what we needed to had we known. Staff was really great all across the board here, but I wouldn't recommend a stay as things need alot of updating. Not even for esthetic purposes but for comfort itself. Bathroom was also so small.

It's a theme room, so my father was a little surprised. I booked the room for him because he lives outside the city. The wall mural I was not impressed with. Looked like something a child would like. Everything else was kind of neat. Comfortable bed according to my dad

No daylight in the beige room which overlooked flat roofs of conference rooms. Lots of hallway noise. Front desk staff were curt, planned to move me to a different room during my planned stay of several nights, and did not show me a receipt or share the total to be credited when I checked out early - I latee received an emailed receipt which fies not fully credit the unused nights. Will not be back.

Property is in need of an upgrade to rooms. It is clean and our king room with bunk beds was very spacious and nice to let kids have their own space. The location was very convenient for us and plenty of free parking. The pool was great for older kids.
