« Great stay at The Napa Residences. The apartment was modern, very clean, and well equipped. The location is excellent — quiet but still close to restaurants, the beach, and everything you need. The check-in process was smooth and communication was clear and efficient. The pool area is also very nice and well maintained.
Overall a very comfortable stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Napa. »

« The property was beautiful, stayed a night in cottage - 24, it has 2 queen beds a comfortable couch and sitting chair , coffee table and 4 chair and table dinette. The cottage has plenty of room, 2 flat screen tvs, heater and air worked great! Nice grounds to walk around and friendly staff. Close to town for restaurants. Excellent choice for a stay in Clearlake ! »

« No housekeeping service for 3 days, no fresh towels no cleanup no bed preparation no cleaning, no nothing!!!. Key wouldn't work in the door. No basic s like shampoo, lotion and soap was a little bar. The parking lot was so small it was drivers training just to pull out after parking. The bathroom door got stuck on the floor tiles and wouldn't fully open. »
