This mountainside home features bright, tasteful accents and multiple sleeping options to accommodate up to six guests at a time. With the option to hang out on the private terrace or curl up next to the fireplace, Balsam Lodge A6 is the perfect spot to make your home away from home. This home is nestled in the Aspens, a neighborhood conveniently situated between picturesque Grand Teton National Park and the charming town of Jackson. In winter months, the renowned Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a mere ten minute drive or START Bus ride away. Come summer, the Granite Canyon entrance to the national park is just a short five-mile jaunt away. Additionally, relish the convenience of having a variety of shops, restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and a quaint local market right at the entrance to The Aspens. Your dream Wyoming getaway awaits! While this home does not offer air conditioning, it's essential to note that AC remains a relatively rare feature in Jackson Hole properties. Nevertheless, thanks to our elevated location and the temperate mountain climate, you'll discover that indoor temperatures can be managed effectively by following the guidelines outlined in the guest portal provided upon booking. This unit is located on the second floor of the building. It’s minutes from Grand Teton NP and in a quiet neighborhood. There’s a corner market nearby for any quick needs and Jackson is minutes away for more thorough outfitting. The 2 bedroom/2 bath unit offered us plenty of room to spread out. This is an older building but there’s care and attention to detail in how it’s decorated. The kitchen has been upgraded nicely. Note: there’s one flight of stairs up to the unit. Outpost Management was incredible with their communications before, during, and after our stay. Check in/check out was easy and simple! The couch needs to be replaced. \* the fan in the upstairs bedroom was broken and there was no table top or dresser to set our things on. \* the kitchen set up with 2 bar stools was a little strange- it seemed like the space was built for 4, but unfinished. \* lastly, the carpet could use a power cleaning - upon walking in, it was noticeably stained. The communication from the property manager was awesome and incredibly easy and helpful. Again, we enjoyed our stay and we will return, but unlikely to stay here again. ##### Kathleen L. Location was excellent, very quiet, close to Grand Teton entrance and Village. Hosts were quick to respond and very helpful. Overall a fantastic place to stay at to visit the Tetons! ##### Josh C.
