Balsam Lodge A3 is a lovely one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo centrally located between Jackson and Teton Village. This mountainside home is both spacious and comfortable, featuring multiple sleeping options to accommodate up to five guests at a time. With the option to hang out on the back deck or curl up next to the fireplace, Balsam Lodge A3 is the perfect spot to make your home away from home.

This home is nestled in the Aspens, a neighborhood conveniently situated between picturesque Grand Teton National Park and the charming town of Jackson. In winter months, the renowned Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a mere ten minute drive or START Bus ride away. Come summer, the Granite Canyon entrance to the national park is just a short five-mile jaunt away. Additionally, relish the convenience of having a variety of shops, restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and a quaint local market right at the entrance to The Aspens. Your dream Wyoming getaway awaits!

While this home does not offer air conditioning, it's essential to note that AC remains a relatively rare feature in Jackson Hole properties. Location is great and very central to Teton Village, Grand Teton National Park, and the town of Jackson. Unit has been updated and modernized with a super comfortable bed and good appliances in the kitchen. Host staff communication is very responsive to any question or ask.

Nice condo
The condo was a great pit stop for us. The games were a big hit with my kids. Only negative was there were no sheets for the pull out couch that we needed so my kids had to sleep without them. Otherwise, a good place to stay.

Location was great! However, unit was missing attention to details for example floors were not very clean, rug in bedroom was dirty, linens were not soft, towels too small, missing lids to tupperware, need more pots and pans non-stick variety, TV extremely small, false advertising on access to gym and pool (both were closed for the season due to renovations/construction), front door porch was very dirty, and construction was noisy every morning. Countertops were dated. Unit has much potential but falls short on attention to details.

We had a very good experience at this condo outside Jackson Hole. It was convenient to both Jackson and the Grand Tetons. The condo was clean when we arrived and everything was in good working order. Outpost did a great job communicating with us during our stay to make sure we were happy with everything. The condo met our needs for the price

Amazing Location & Stay
We enjoyed or stay so much! Located only 15 mins from Jackson and 10 mins from Teton Village! Within walking distance from a mini grocery store, bar and gym. When we come back we will definitely be staying here.

Accurate, clean, great location!
Two friends skiing at JHMR. The single bed near the kitchen was perfectly fine for a male adult. The kitchen was well stocked. Heaters & Wood burning fireplace worked well. Arrival gifts from Outpost including ground coffee and donuts was a nice touch. Great location splitting the difference between the resort and downtown. I would stay again.

Property is close to Teton National Park, Teton Village, and a short drive to Jackson. The Outpost staff do a good job of communicating and keeping in touch. Unit was well appointed and clean. We would definitely stay there again. A map and or more specific details about unit location in the building would be helpful

Great place!
The Mrs. and I spent 4 nights here. Very comfortable place to unwind after hiking all day in Grand Teton. Convenient to Jackson and the park. Plus you’re only 10 minutes from Teton Village and all it has to offer. The TV selections are a pain to access but the Wifi is good and strong. We’d surely stay here again.

Easy communication with property management, helpful to have a washer/dryer in our unit. Our two teen boys stayed on the bed and pull out couch in the living room which gave our family of four each a place to sleep comfortably. First floor unit was quiet and easy access to parking right in front.

An ok place
It is a good size 1 bedroom apartment with a tiny kitchen. It is nice and quite neighborhood. We founds lots of roaches and bugs inside apartment Which probably was due the fact that it is in first floor. The bedroom bed was comfortable but the pullout bed in living room not at all.

Great location
This a great location for a trip to Grand Tetons. Was concerned on cleanliness in kitchen, especially dishes and pans. Needed to run a load of dishes prior to using any of them. That was a huge disappointment given the cleaning fee added to stay.

Excellent Home Base for Grand Teton NP
This condo was an excellent home base for our second trip to Grand Teton National Park. The location is perfect for access to any of the park entrances and to Jackson for anything you might need or want. The home was spotless when we arrived and well stocked with paper goods, etc. Guest passes to the nearby Teton Sports Club were available so we could enjoy the hot tub and pool after every long day of hiking. Overall, we were very happy with the condo and highly recommend it!

Great Stay for location and cleanliness
This was the perfect location for us. It was only 8 minutes away from Teton Village, 15 minutes from Jackson and only 20-30 minutes away from GTNP. We were impressed by the cleanliness and thought it was perfect size condo for 4 people. Any more and it would probably get a little cramped. The beds were too firm for our liking and there were rods missing from the pullout mattress, so we ended up having to remove it and just place it on the floor. Being able to do laundry during our stay was a huge plus! One downside was a mix-up in communication with how to access the Sports Club/ Hot Tub. We were told different things by different people. Overall, though, it was a good stay!
