« This condo was so clean, well appointed and beautifully decorated. And the owner was absolutely wonderful to work with. I highly recommend. Even though it rained the entire time and we only went out once it was most relaxed vaca in a long time. »

« Just a weekend getaway. The weather was not great but we enjoyed our time just catching up and sitting outside. I would have liked to been able to check in a bit earlier and the check out a little later than 10am.So basically we had one full day to enjoy from Friday-Sunday. Very clean and accommodating. Would recommend. »

« Our Boston Terriers loved the fenced yard! The house was beautiful and clean and perfect for our needs. Will book again for sure! »

« Overall great stay! Would stay again. The biggest thing to take into account is the steepness of the road and driveway getting to the house. This would be the only con in my opinion however this is the mountains and it is expected. I’m calling this out to help future guests plan and determine if they have the right vehicle depending on the season. Thank you Point of View for a wonderful stay! »

« Perfect space for husband and self, daughter & son-in-law. In town for wedding so we didn’t ’cook’. Breakfast only. Easy space to relax, visit. Definitely enjoyed the back patio, gardens and local bird chatter. Would strongly recommend. »

« I echo other reviews in that the home was beautiful and comfortably accommodated our whole crew of 11. While the lake is drained, we still had a wonderful time and the views are gorgeous. It is not too far from Ingles, to fully stock the fridge and cook at home with all the lovely kitchen amenities available. The resort options were fun (slight note that putt putt is not included) but the pools and fitness centers were great additions. Definitely recommend! »

« We had to travel to Black Mountain for work but wanted a location that was not just a hotel as we needed to stay 10 days and wanted to feel more “at home”. This property worked great! Plenty of space, beautiful scenery, well-equipped kitchen, and close to where we needed to be. Will definitely look at this property again if we need to come back to Black Mountain/Montreat. »

« Can’t beat the proximity to Black Mountain and 40. The house exceeded expectations in terms of space and was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, and glassware. The guest book might need some updating (ie. hot tub directions) but was overall appreciated for its helpfulness and local suggestions. Great stay! »
