« The back storage room was very moldy and gave my daughter horrible allergies. We were there for a soccer tournament. The directions to find the apartment were not accurate they gave me the wrong store fronts to look for. Also when I messaged questions it was over 12 hours before someone got back to me and it seemed like an agency that did not know the answers. It was a very convenient location and that part was wonderful. »

« Room was clean, warm, and very accessible to Main Street. My only concerns were that the walls were extremely thin and we would easily hear people’s voices, with a single closet door separating our room from other guests’ rooms. Fixtures/handles seem to be poorly built as well. A coat hook fell as soon as we hung a jacket, water pressure was weak, the shower faucet handle detached, couldn’t figure out how to turn on hot water, and the sliding shower door doesn’t stay closed. Not sure if we’d...

« The linen and mattress had yellow stains on them, every single toilet paper in the property was hard as a rock and covered in mold, there was no hair dryer even though the listing says there is one in each bathroom. No shelving in the shower so everything had to be put on the floor. Hot water ran out quickly. The bed sunk into the middle so my partner and I were squished into the middle of the bed and couldn't move. The wall mounted fireplace didn't work. The "reserved" parking spot for the...
