Location
Located slope side on Blackcomb Mountain, the Benchlands offers alpine seclusion while still being just steps from the upper village as well as the hustle and bustle of Whistler Village. These lodging options will have you on the slopes (or the first tee of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course) in minutes. Many of these complexes have ski-in/ski-out access and they are all on the free shuttle route to and from the Village. In the summer enjoy quick access to Lost Lake Park as well as a weekly outdoor Farmers Market.

One assigned parking space in the secure underground parkade (stall #31). Visitor "short term parking" spots located on the right either side of the underground parkade, first-come-first-served.
⌂ This home has two portable air conditioning units, one in the living area, another in the primary bedroom. Portable fans are provided in all other bedrooms.
⌂ No smoking, no parties, no pets, no bikes allowed inside the unit, minimum booking age of 25.
⌂ Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.
⌂ Ski-in ability depends on the snow levels and lift operations. You can typically ski-in between mid - December and end of March. You can call our reservation agents a few days before your arrival to get an update on current conditions.

Great property, fantastic location!

This is a great little property. It sits right across from the garage and is right next to the community hot tub as well. The bus stop is a very short 1-2 minute walk from the property with a short ride to the base area of both Whistler and Blackcomb. The property was neat, clean and worked great for our family. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful property in upscale serene community

This was our first visit to Whistler, and the scenery and town are amazing. Caroline was an incredible hostess, and worked with us in dealing with our air travel delays. The property was lovely, clean, and well maintained, and included several thoughtful extras that made us feel welcome. A top VRBO experience!

Our family had a great time at this townhouse. It was our first visit to Whistler and the location was perfect- right across the street to the path leading to Lost Lake and within walking/ biking distance to the Village. Caroline’s place was spotless and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The 3 level layout was ideal for our family. Quiet cul de sac location.

Amazing host and property

First, Caroline is the best VRBO host ever. Our flight was impacted by the Crowdstrike/Microsoft issue from last week (7/19). Our arrival was delayed 2 days because of it. Caroline was so flexible to adjust our rental and moved it back. We also lost a full day of our trip and she, without asking, refunded us a night. I mean, who does that? Caroline does. We are so grateful. The property was super clean and 100% as described. Just perfect. And, checkout was the easiest, most straight forward I’ve ever see. Rent this property if you need a 3 br in Whistler. You won’t be disappointed. ❤️

Great family ski trip accommodation

We enjoyed our stay here a lot! It’s a short drive to the slope. It has a spacious living room and was perfect for our family of 6. The garage is conveniently located across the street and is covered. The condo was clean, very comfortable, and well decorated with all the dishes and pans necessary. If you want to stay right in the village consider a hotel slopeside, but we drove in every day and parked near the slopes and had a great time!! Thank you! Highly recommend!

Great location and beautiful condo

Enjoyed every minute of our stay at this condo. It looks exactly as shown and has all the comforts of home. Clean, comfortable beds, soft linens, plenty of supplies in the kitchen and really easy to unload which is so appreciated with ski gear. The host was responsive to questions. Only recommendation would be a larger coffee maker as we had four coffee drinkers and the Keurig and French Press were not up to our volume. But that minor. Chatted with lots of neighbors in the hot tub. Super friendly little community. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thx you.

Decent place. Needs some attention.

Nice 3 story townhome. Good layout with space for our 6 people. About a 5 min walk to the shuttle. Supposedly you can ski home when there is enough snow but we never figured out how. Not the cleanest. There’s spots that haven’t been touched/dusted for a LONG time. Stained pillows. Dirty dishes put back in the cupboards. So heads up if you’re a little OCD. Unfortunately the owner doubled our cleaning charge for these things. I told them the state of the unit on arrival but did not receive a response or any compromise. Very odd. Also got dinged because a couple water bottles were left behind and the dishwasher didn’t run. And the trash was put by the door and not taken to the dumpster (no instructions on this on arrival). I would stay here again but on the first day DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. Even check the mattress stains under the sheets. Otherwise there is no recourse to argue erroneous charges. I don’t think the unit description mentioned a hot tub but there is one to use. So that was a nice surprise.

Wonderful weekend at Whistler

Everything was perfect, as described, very clean, comfortable beds, great entry way and closet for storing all of our skis. Shuttle was a short walk down the road and we didn’t wait long to get picked up. Hot tub was a great way to end the day.

Beautiful and well equipped unit in a great location

We enjoyed our stay in this updated and impeccably maintained unit. The unit was very comfortable and well equipped. It is a very short walk to the free shuttle bus and a short ride to Blackcomb base and Whistler village. We also skied back to the complex. Caroline was very welcoming and responsive. There is no question that we will stay here again next time we are in Whistler. .

Great Property

Great property! Spent a few nights there with my wife and 3 kids and this property was perfect for us. Great layout, super comfortable and a short drive to lifts and the villages. We wanted to try the ski trail home but never got around to it, but that looks like a nice way back to the house. In addition - the host (Caroline) was so responsive! Ty so much!!

Great space and location! Very easy to get to the village. Walking distance to lost lake. Quiet neighborhood. Accessible parking (unit is right next to the underground garage!). Was so surprised with a welcome basket! Had everything we needed for our stay.

Great Place to Stay, Great Value

We had a great stay for 12 days in Whistler. The condo is in a great location, close to Lost Lake and a two km walk to the centre of the village. The free shuttle runs daily from 11am-6pm. The condo is accurately described, clean and it is well stocked. Parking is excellent and secure. There is easy communication with Caroline. Two minor complaints-construction replacing the shakes started early in the morning and there is no air conditioning but we had fans going on all day We would absolutely choose to stay here in the future.

This was a great place! I only wish we had been warned that there is construction three condos down as that was unsightly to see as well as very loud to hear in the day if you have a toddler who needs to nap in the middle of the day. But that did not take away from the place itself! It had great amenities and was comfortable to relax in. I’d stay there again given the opportunity to!

Nicely furnished and great space for our 2 families.

We had two famies of three and it was the perfect amount of common space and privacy. The location was really easy. We typically drove to village parking lot and walked around to restaurants, mountain activities, etc. from there. Everything in the house worked well and the supplies like pans, knives, grill and appliances were nice and easy to use. Would definitely recommend.
