« This our third year returning to the lakehouse. The house is well equipped with everything you can think of. Plenty of paddle boards and kayaks, even toys for the grandchildren. Check in was easy as well as check out. Great location with lots to do!!!!! Dave is a wonderful host. »

« A house that is lived in but beautifully put together for guest rental. Warm neighborhood, wonderful hiking paths and fixings for S'mores and tomatoes from the garden were left for us. What a treat. »

My father had a medical issue beyond the refund window that stopped us from making the original reservation date, Owner allowed us to move our date out a couple of weeks. Everything was clean, the kitchen and dishes were clean. The bathroom was brand new. All of the beds were comfy and clean. I slept on the couch bed in the third room, it was firm and comfortable. It was a great location for us. We were originally from the area and went back to visit...

« The Roost is a very fun diner themed apartment which is located a convenient distance from Albany and Saratoga. It was clean and spacious. My only complaint was that the one bedroom has a double and twin beds not two double beds. We had plenty of space, but the beds weren’t exactly as described. I would have loved a few notes on local restaurants, grocery stores etc - and some more detailed information about the space- but it didn’t negatively impact our stay in any way- would definitely...

« A great property on the lake just outside of Saratoga. It is quiet and less than 10 minutes to anywhere in Saratoga. The owners were great. They were very accommodating and gave a us a long list of thinga we could do and places to eat. I highly recommend this rental. »

We loved spending time on the deck, the lake community was very quiet and safe, check in was simple, and owner was very responsive when we reached out with a question. « This property was not clean on arrival. Two of the beds appeared to have been slept in. The binds were broken and the pieces were on the floor. This home is located on a busy street. We paid for 3 nights, we only stayed one because we arrived late and had no choice. We got a hotel for the other 2 nights. Waste of money! »
