"The quality of the room was horrible. The ventilation air system was terrible. I barely could breathe. I felt like so congested somehow I caught Covid during my day. I was there for two days and I never left the resort."

"Everything was very good except 1) parking was full so at 10pm I had to drive to the overflow lot and walk back which was not ideal (in the rain and cold) and the sign to the lot was confusing and 2) the rug in our room had a big stain by the foot of the bed. "

"The pool was really the reason we chose to stay So my son can have some swimming time for his bday But I had to keep going to staff if I needed and cooking supply’s like pans, etc. a roach came out literally at the end of our stay ALL of the dishes were completely dirty like they used it and put it right back into the cabinets without washing The dish washer runs but does NOT clean the dishes Overall I felt like I was in a dirty hotel "

"Such a beautiful room and view. The spa was amazing as well. However, guests in adjoining rooms were so incredibly loud, we were woken up several times between 2:00 and 5:00 am. We called security, but it didn’t stop them from ruining what would’ve been an amazing stay. "

"Seems like they are really feeling the burn of online betting & numerous casnos closer to ppl homes. TV did not work. No soap, no small bottles of lotion and little stuff they used to provide. We reserved a King -Size bed. However, after bringing this to the attention of the front desk, they waived a resort tax, $25.03. Terrible move, when you stop to think they did not lose anything. I will be sending a letter, and E-mail to Corporate. Even, the front desk clerk said the following about Dennis Tower: " that place is a dump". Horrible experience. "
