Even with neighbors close by, it felt like we were in the woods by ourselves. The cabin had that old-cabin smell to it, but that aired out quickly. We live in Portland and wanted to get away but not make a long trip. We found this amazing cabin and it was only a little under an hour away. We felt like we were way out of the city but without the long drive. We are already planning our fall trip to come back. :) ##### Susanne R. The yard and shower could use a spring cleaning.
