"Heather who greated me was warm and welcoming and took my bags, the chap who booked me in was equally nice and helpful. This was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in! "Staff in all areas excellent. Restaurant, bar and reception areas are lovely, modern and clean. Good quality food in restaurant at breakfast and dinner. Slight disappointment was in cleaning in bathroom - unfortunately grout and shower screen had that horrible orange mould. Not a job for day to day cleaning, just needs a good clean maybe once a month. Bed comfortable, pillows very lumpy. That said still a very good hotel and will stay again, this was our 3rd visit."
