« Hôtel très vieux et malpropre. Des notre arrivée à la chambre, je constate que les draps du lit ne semblent pas avoir été changés en regardant les taies d’oreiller. Je défais le lit et je m’aperçois qu’il est rempli de poils et souillé. Je vais au lobby et la personne à la réception ne semble pas du tout déstabilisée par la situation. Elle regarde son employé qui est juste à côté et lui demande d’aller changer le lit. Pas d’excuses, pas d’offre de nous changer de chambre. Le reste de la chambre...

"Hôtel très vieux et malpropre. Des notre arrivée à la chambre, je constate que les draps du lit ne semblent pas avoir été changés en regardant les taies d’oreiller. Je défais le lit et je m’aperçois qu’il est rempli de poils et souillé. Je vais au lobby et la personne à la réception ne semble pas du tout déstabilisée par la situation. Elle regarde son employé qui est juste à côté et lui demande d’aller changer le lit. Pas d’excuses, pas d’offre de nous changer de chambre. Le reste de la chambre est comme le lit, peu ou pas nettoyé. C’est la première fois que je vis ce genre d’expérience à l’hôtel et qui plus est, dans une chambre qui nous a coûté très cher. Je ne sais même pas comment j’ai fait pour dormir là et je n’y retournerai certainement pas."
