« Beds were comfortable. The king suite had stains on the couch as well as stains on the check in couches. Overall it was priced cheap and could just use some cleaning and stain removal. »

« I stayed here two nights while preparing for surgery on the third day. Our room was clean and quiet at night. Air conditioning worked well. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was typical, offering basic protein and carbohydrate choices. I met several other individuals connected with Mayo’s exemplary health care delivery system. It was conveniently located for the multiple LYFT rides upon which I depended. Very positive experience. Thank you »

« Staff unfriendly, no one smiled. The refrigerator and microwave did not work (was plugged in) the outlets were loose, windows dirty to look out, shower head and sink low, and just felt old and not up to par. For the price, I won’t go back. There’s many other hotels in that price range that offer so much more and better kept. The breakfast was not that great but maybe I’m picky. The thing that stood out the most was the unfriendly front desk employee who smoked weed out in the parking deck...

« The room is pretty clean, but I overheard a conversation about housekeeping and the help desk person said housekeeping was done around every three weeks or so to the person asking. But that’s for an extended stay, which is still kinda long. Also, I don’t know what they clean with, but pet smells must be hard to get out of the rooms. « The lobby & rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was friendly & helpful. Only 2 of 5 of the exercise machines were functional and the coffee maker was out of order at breakfast. The grounds were mowed but there were weeds growing in flower planters instead of flowers. Overall the good outweighed the bad but some small fixes would have made it a really good stay. »
