« Had the family suite and was surprised to find it had a half bath, a kitchenette and living room besides the 2 queen beds and full bath in a separate room for a great price! « I hated the bed and the pillows. Bed was super firm and the pillows were like 12 inch squares instead of the normal pillow size. Walls were really thin there was a baby crying most of the night and i wasnt able to sleep. Super fustrating. I wasnt intown for leisure. « The hotel looks beautiful, very clean and roomy. Yet when I went to take a shower this morning, only drips of water without much pressure came out. Very disappointing.

« Breakfast options were great. More tables for 4 would be nice, most were for 2 unless you move tables around. We had a suite and it was plenty big for our needs. There is a grab bar to get into the shower but one anything to hold onto once in the shower, this makes it dangerous for a disabled person. This stay we also had loud upstairs neighbors that sounded like a herd of watet buffalo above us waking us up super early. Will still stay over and over for Mayo trips! »

« Great location, great service, with access to Mayo Clinic via underground access. Only issue is there always seems to be minor issues with the rooms. Broken bathroom door once , TV access failed once, no soap once, —-the Tavern downstairs had a person who spoke no English and could not make him understand. The Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse is EXCELLENT. Quite walkable to the city as well. »
