"We spent two weeks on Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard this summer, and the few days we spent here were the best. The communication with the host reserving the property, getting great advice regarding scheduling ferries, and information on Lucy Vincent Beach was incredible! We were able to go to Lucy Vincent Beach as a result of renting here and it was a beautiful few days. It was an incredible experience. Never have had a more communicative host.Very thoughtfully laid out home. Heating and air was excellent, a beautiful deck overlooking the pond, and incredibly clean. You’re less than a mile to Chilmark General Store and Chilmark Tavern, as well as to Menemsha. It’s a 20 minute drive to the other larger towns on the other side of the island. I definitely recommend people stay here if they want to enjoy the beauty of Martha’s Vineyard."

"What a beautiful home. And, if my son's research is correct, a very historic location. The house was spotless when we arrived and contained everything you would need for a week. The Field House - Peaceful Martha’s Vineyard Escape with Serene Field Views

"We had such a wonderful stay at this house! The layout was perfect — all the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable for our whole group. We especially loved the bright, open living space and the kitchen, which made gathering together so easy. The house was clean and full of natural light.The back deck with its patio seating was the perfect spot for an early morning coffee, and the large open field was great for a soccer game with our group. Plus, the hot tub was an amazing bonus. It was so much fun after a long day!We truly enjoyed every part of our stay and would absolutely love to come back again!"
"This house was perfect for us -- two couples and one pup -- for an off-season getaway. The location is quintessential "Up-Island" with sweeping views of Menemsha Pond, easy access to walks and hikes, nature galore, and several modest 1950's midcentury homes in the area. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook two great dinners at home, and the new Beetlebung Farm stand is super close for fresh bread, veggies, and more. We can't wait to come back! (Only caution is to take tick checks very seriously this time of year...) "

"We had a fantastic stay at this property—it’s clean, bright, and welcoming! The bed and pullout were comfortable and the house was spacious and well-appointed. It was a great, quiet location on the center of the island but no more than a 15 minute drive to all we wanted to see and do. It was so nice drinking a coffee on the deck and listening to the nature.We had a minor issue with check-in and Vacasa wasn’t great about helping. We also had a minor internet issue and the owner answered in seconds and it was resolved. Again, great stay, location, and property! Highly recommend!"
