"Overall the room is nice. The housekeeping always changing the towels. Not complain. The front desk staff are super helpful and professional. The massage is well worth it. The buffet breakfast is fabulous but with limited selection. The lunch menu price is high but the quality of food is so so. Perhaps it is filipino style of cooking..The pool staff is hard to find. Perhaps it is a boring job. The security guards really made you feel safe."

"As a whole, I was pretty happy with my stay. The staff was really helpful and cheerful... the room where we stayed in was clean and if you need more amenities or pillows, directions.. they were provided promptly... thank you Radisson.... after 26 years of being abroad and coming back, it was a very nice surprise and a wonderful experience from day 1."

"Well maintained property. Extremely helpful staff. Spa services and they have their own mall with 7/11, restaurant, 30 minute photoshoot, kayaking and great breakfast each day. Perfect if you do not want to leave the resort but not too far that you can get a tuktuk to go to Mist or Alona Beach. They also offer tour services which was a bonus as it is exclusive to us or your group."

"The Breakfast was unbelievably great. Fresh Fruit, Local dishes, very tasty and a variety Ive never seen at any other Hotel. Will always stay here when in Cebu. The Hospitable staff even discounted my breakfast and were always there to answer questions."

"Excellent staff and front desk. Love the skydeck rooftop lounge and the hidden bar Nth Laire. Rooms are decent albeit very small. I just wished the pool and gym were available. Overall, it’s a decent boutique hotel."
