"The property is in an amazing neighborhood that is easily walked. The apartment was quiet and had plenty of room to relax. I didn’t like that I had to go to one office to gather the keys for the property. Then the next day I had to go to a second office to finalize the property. "Great location, but it was not a studio. Just a storage room on a basement. Sofa bed was impossible to sleep, had to move mattress to floor."

"Just a perfect place to stay. Fabulously located in the heart of the old city in Nice. Truly just a few steps to the beach and a few steps to the tram. Spacious, with great light, tastefully furnished, and extremely comfortable. We had a glorious 10 days stay and the apartment truly felt like home. We could not have picked a better place to stay Thank you for a wonderful vacation!"
