"Me and my family loved the hotel! Our stay was very enjoyable. The hotel was very clean in the lobby and my kids absolutely enjoyed the couches in the lobby as well. The staff were very helpful and polite. We didn’t get to try the breakfast since we had a lot of plans but we would love to try the breakfast next time we come! The hotel was also close to the falls and didn’t take a long time to walk there. My main concern is the beds. The beds could’ve been a little bit more cleaner because we did notice some stains under the blanket. Other than that, this was an amazing hotel and I would definitely book here again."

"We went as a family of four with two boys between the ages of 9-12 and had an amazing time. The water slides were fun, there were a lot of activities from the arcade, to bowling, to mini golf. Rooms are generous in size and easily accommodate families. The food was pretty good, not the best I’ve eaten but convenient to not have to leave. Our sons had a blast and are already asking when we will be back again."

"Incredible hotel! We had a Fallsview room that was out of this world!!! Incredible location! The STK restaurant is top notch and the Valet parking service was exceptional. Do not sleep on this one!"

"We found the Milestones breakfast to be very expense for a buffet style breakfast with less than stellar options. However the omelet bar was very good. The floor access was a relief in that you didn't need to card every floor."
