    Overall very nice staff and Appartement. Doesn't fit one-nigh due to the slow check-in checkout process, the neeed to call local number to do it and finally the cleaning fee. As for cleaning fee.... Unfair to place it under small letters. Plus... 20 euro is too much

    The customer service was pathetic, They do not respond to your request and neither call you back. The thing mentioned on the website are not available in the apartment like AC, Dishwasher tablets

    This place has a unique check-in process it needs a little work. What was missing was door code to enter the building. Without the code it is impossible to checkin. I text, and called called the number provided and the calls went to voice mail. No reply to the text. I ended taking another room the night of arrival. The next morning I was able to enter the building and the housekeeping staff helped me contact the virtual checkin assistant. Tge night before, when I made my payment online I was directed to a checkin portal but the password required was not provided. Also at checkin the door code provided was wrong the housekeeper assisted me with proper room code. Although it was advertised as a suite for a very reasonable price the kitchenette was poorly stocked. There was a remote for a TV but no TV. The location was good, and if I could have checked in the first night the price would have been very reasonable.

    Nicht Buchen, do Not Boooking! Sehr schlechte Kommunikation, das Appartement war extrem schlecht gereinigt. Bad überall Schimmel Auf der Terrasse fehlte einfach Mal ein paar Quadratmeter Holzdielen. Elektrokabel hingen einfach ohne Isolierung in der Gegend. Keine Cafemaschine, Zuwenig Gläser Tassen usw. Kein besen um Mal kurz zu kehren. Einfach nichts vorhanden. Kaution wird vielleicht nach 5 bis 10 Tagen zurück gezahlt. Positiv: tolle Matratzen

    Very well system, for a simple stay is good.

    It's near to the train station, simple and good for family and group or solo travelers. I like the check-in system, even i make a last-minute booking. System easily get my booking immediately.

    Just a normal room to stay which is not exactly same as pictures via hotels.com Parking is not free as shown on the site. So we parked a car in front of the apartment in weekend. There is an entrance to check in next to a door for accommodation. You can checkin in on a screen with a phone calling from a staff.

    They said they had laundry on the booking, got there and they did not. The nearest laundromat was far away and cost much too much. Instead the nice folks at A&O Hostel let me do my laundry there for a good rate.

    Arrived at the airport in Vienna after midnight, and we had phoned to let them know we would be arriving after midnight. Once we arrived at the apartment, no one was there. - needless to say we had to find other accommodation upon arrival.

    Deposit and cleaning fee is charged illegaly.

    Problem with the hotel - charge a deposit and cleaning fee that is not mentioned in the booking agreement. The hotel will not refund the the cleaning fee. Room was left fully OK. A legal procedure is on the way when no positive reapons is coming - very sad about this..
