Air conditioning worked well and was quiet Location was excellent for seeing PEI or travel to New Brunswick over the Confederation Bridge.Internet access was not as good as we would have liked. Suggest that the hosts consider having beach towels and chairs available for visitors who fly in. This would allow better ability to enjoy the many beautiful beaches.Overall a great place and I would choose it again. »

« We had a wonderful stay! The suite was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful details. The fresh flowers, milk, bread, eggs, and fruit were a lovely surprise and made us feel right at home.We enjoyed the beautiful views of the Confederation Bridge, ocean, and purple potato fields. The private BBQ area, available for our use at no extra cost, was a wonderful bonus.Thank you for creating such a cozy place. We would love to stay again when we visit PEI in the future. »

« Rooms were mostly clean, convenient, and cute. Bedrooms were chilly, but heat pump kept kitchen/living area warm. No bathroom counter space and shower floor was broken and dirty. Kitchen well stocked »

« The unit was extremely clean. It was conveniently located within walking distance to various shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to the waterfront. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable and bedrooms had blackout curtains. Having a guaranteed parking spot was very convenient. Communication related to check-in was prompt and clear and the host checked soon after check-in to make sure everything was fine. Would stay again. »

« Staying at the Blue Gem was an absolute dream—the pictures truly do not do it justice! It is a home designer’s masterpiece, incredibly clean, and beautifully designed. The kitchen especially is a total pleasure to be in. The location is perfect: central enough to walk right into town, yet completely private, quiet, and easy to park.I was in the area visiting a loved one in the hospital, and coming back to this home each night felt like walking into a big hug and a cozy cocoon. « The decor was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were spacious with lots of towel racks and hooks for towels, and a good-sized sink countertop. There were a few problems with dishes having to be washed before use, a loose toilet seat, and a rug that was curled up at two corners, a risk for tripping. « This was one of the top places we stayed during our trip to PEI and NS. Very clean space with thoughtful details for everything you'd need. This place also very centrally located in the historical and waterfront area, but still quiet. Would recommend and would consider staying again next time I'm in Charlottetown. »
