"The building actually contains at least eight or nine rooms, sharing a kitchen, washroom, etc. And it doesn't mention that most of those are students, creating some awkward interactions. Not the most comfortable situation. The room was fine, had some supplies since the students seem to empty things like toilet paper without replacing them. Overall, the price was too much especially after fees for what you get. Should have stayed at a hotel."

"I door to the cottage was not installed properly and have a 1 inch open gap to the outside, there was a major earwig issue, The floors were not clean and were in fact dirty when i arrived, I the show broke while I was there but they did fix it right away so that was a positive. over all not the stay I would have expected, the grass and property was not kept up at all,"

"We enjoyed a great stay. The house was everything we could have expected. We used the house as our base for great road cycling trips around the island. The main road is scary, PEI drivers seem to have lead foot syndrome and race beyond speed limits. The side roads were great, with few cars and wonderful coastal views."

"Host is an excellent communicator. Kitchen was well-stocked. Spacious enough for two couples. Great TV/bonus room in basement. Very clean and safe area. Walking trail can be accessed at the end of the street. This host is new to vrbo. He was very open to feedback, and I believe with a few tweaks, this property will be excellent. Very clean and comfortable, great location, close and central to everything and anywhere you want to explore on the island. Very quiet area. Was well stocked with dishes and utensils. "This was our annual sibling trip. There were 4 couples and one single. Everyone had their own sleeping room. We ate in 5 of the 8 nights and everything we needed for cooking was there! Have never seen such a well stocked home. We wanted for nothing. The house has the feel and look of old nostalgia but with modern updates. The yard, amazing! The views, spectacular! The cleanliness we arrived to, top notch!! Anyone who rents this fabulous home will not be disappointed. Can't say enough....thank...

"The property was exactly what we expected from the listing; modernized farmhouse, fresh airy breeze from the sea, comfortable outdoor seating and a large quiet ocean beach for the kids to play at. Kitchen is well equipped and the BBQ is great for a big dinner. Tom was quick with communication and had useful tips for the area. Great stay, highly recommend!"
