This 3-family house in Torre del Lago Puccini, Italy, offers a comfortable vacation rental experience. It is located in a residential area of villas, boasting an excellent central location while still maintaining a quiet and private atmosphere. The property features a fenced small garden with a private courtyard and garden furniture, perfect for outdoor relaxation. Additionally, it provides amenities like a yard, internet WiFi, and a tennis court nearby.  
  
Outdoors:  
The vacation rental benefits from its proximity to natural surroundings. It is situated just 500 meters from the edge of the forest, 2 kilometers from the sea, and 3 kilometers from the lake. The fenced small garden offers a private courtyard where you can unwind and enjoy the outdoor space with the provided garden furniture.  
  
Other Information:  
Heating is available only from November 1st to April 15th, and linen and towel changes can be arranged for an additional fee. Public parking is available on the road. The property is located in a cul-de-sac, ensuring added privacy during your stay. Families are welcome, but the owner does not accept youth groups.

You will be staying in a charming 3-room house named 'Rita' that spans across 70 square meters on 2 levels. This bright and comfortable vacation home is fully furnished with cosy decor that will make you feel right at home. On the first level, you will find a small living room with digital TV, a small room with 1 bed, a fully equipped kitchen with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and a freezer, as well as a shower/WC. The kitchen also has air conditioning and an exit to the patio. The upper floor features a spacious double bedroom with air conditioning and an exit to the balcony, as well as a bath/bidet/WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
The vacation home 'Rita' is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. It has air conditioning units to keep you cool during your vacation. Additionally, it comes with a washing machine and an iron for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary appliances such as an oven, a dishwasher, and a freezer. You can also enjoy digital TV in the living room. The vacation home is also equipped with gas heating, which is available from November 1st to April 15th. Furthermore, internet (WiFi) is provided, allowing you to stay connected with your loved ones even while on vacation.
